Coldharbour is a tactical operations base. It is not a public-facing Kent custody suite and is not used for routine arrests or booked voluntary interviews. You should not expect to be “arrested at Coldharbour” or invited there for a public VAI in the way you would at an operational station.

If someone from the Maidstone area is arrested or booked for interview, that will normally be at a real operational Kent suite (for example Medway or another designated custody/VAI location depending on police demand). Legal advice is arranged for those operational venues — not as if Coldharbour were itself a public custody suite.
