2. Legal Aid Services

Where you are interviewed under caution at a police station, legal advice under the legal aid scheme is free and is not means-tested. That scheme is administered by the Legal Aid Agency; we do not charge you for that police station advice.

3. Private Client Services

Private client services are subject to separate terms and fee agreements. All fees will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.

4. Confidentiality

We treat everything you tell us as confidential. Communications made to get legal advice may also be protected by legal professional privilege. We will not disclose information without your express consent, except where required by law.

5. Professional Standards

Robert Cashman is a solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Legal services are provided through Tuckers Solicitors LLP (SRA number 592449), which is authorised and regulated by the SRA.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We provide professional legal services in accordance with our professional obligations.
