This page uses the same qualification pathway as our current custody check. The solicitor telephone is only shown after you qualify.
This is for someone held in a Kent police station now. I can't trace a person, get a custody update for you if they haven't instructed me, report a crime or advise about an arrest that has already ended. If police want to interview you under caution, use the voluntary interview route.

Have this ready if you can
- Their full name
- Date of birth
- Which police station
- Custody record number, if you know it
- What they've been arrested for, if you know
- Your relationship to them
- Whether they've already asked for another solicitor
If the person has already asked for another solicitor or the duty solicitor, that lawyer should normally be contacted. You can also write to me using the form.
