Agency Fee Schedule
Standard attendance fees for legally aided (Legal Aid Agency) police station instructions only — not private client work.
Rates Subject to Agreement
The rates published below are our standard indicative rates for legally aided matters only. They do not apply to private client instructions, which are quoted separately.
- Private client instructions: These standard attendance fees apply to legally aided matters only. Private client attendances are charged under a separate private fee arrangement (agreed in writing before attendance).
- Murder & Complex Cases: These are strictly outside the standard fee structure. Fees for murder and complex cases must be agreed individually in advance.
- Bank Holidays & Christmas: All attendances on Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day are charged at the full police station attendance fee as given to the provider by the Legal Aid Agency, not standard agency rates.
- Out of Hours: Higher rates may apply for attendances between 22:00 - 08:00.
Any variation to these rates will be agreed in writing (email/text) prior to attendance.

Payment Terms
All fees are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. A discount for early settlement is available — contact us to confirm the applicable discount when settling early. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at 8% above the Bank of England base rate pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
