The card lists rights in short words: free independent legal advice at the police station if you ask (this is separate from legal aid at court), asking for someone to be told if you are arrested, asking to see the Codes of Practice, and asking for an interpreter or appropriate adult.
"No comment" is a choice to make with a solicitor after advice. A court may in some cases draw inferences (CJPOA 1994 s.34). Get advice first. The card does not tell you to stay silent or to answer.
