I concentrate on police station work across Kent: custody, voluntary interviews, and agent cover for other firms. I don't work for the police; when you instruct me, every conversation in the consultation room is confidential.

Police Station Representation
I represent people at police stations within about 45 minutes of Maidstone, whether they've been arrested or invited in for a voluntary interview. I work days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, depending on the case.

Voluntary Interviews
If the police ask you to attend a voluntary interview, you have the right to legal representation. I advise you before a voluntary interview and sit with you through it, so you understand your rights and what could happen next.

Legal aid at the police station is free for everyone and isn't means-tested. If you'd rather pay privately, there are fixed-fee packages. Either way, I attend myself. If two jobs clash and I can't get there, Tuckers Solicitors LLP can send another accredited representative.
